Kathy Merlo, an award-winning realtor, has spent the past decade helping clients accomplish their dreams and goals in the world of real estate. She prides herself on her impeccable customer service, negotiating skills, and customer satisfaction, resulting in over 95% of her business coming from referrals.
Kathy started her real estate career in 2009 and has had tremendous success growing her business every year in the Charlotte and Wilmington area, while consistently being a top producer.
Kathy is a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association and the Lake Norman Homebuilders Association, Pine Valley Country Club in Wilmington, NC, and Cape Fear Realtors Association in Wilmington, NC. She previously has served on the UNC Charlotte Athletic Foundation, Charlotte Homebuilders Association Boards, and served on the board at Cowan's Ford Golf Club at Lake Norman.
Kathy also has a passion for participating in charity work for many organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, United Way Campaign, Children’s Miracle Network, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Kathy also services the Wilmington coastal area and assists buyers and sellers in that market as well.
